a) Logfiles of the internet server

You can visit our website without giving any personal information. Every time you visit our website access data is transmitted through your browser to the server of our website and stored in a log file. The following data will be collected and deleted after no later than seven days: the IP address of your computer, the date and time of page retrieval, the name and URL of the page accessed, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. The storage of access data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO after balance of interests in order to safeguard our overriding legitimate interest in the correct functioning of our website. An assignment of access data to a specific person is not possible.

As part of a contract processing, a third party provider provides the services for hosting our website. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which are predominantly justified in the interests of weighing up our interests, in order to correctly present our offer. All data collected as part of the use of this website or in forms provided for it will be processed on the servers of the hosting service provider. This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

b) By using our contact form

When contacting us via the contact form on our website, your e-mail address is required to answer your request. In addition, further information can be voluntarily provided when completing the contact form. The data processing in the course of contacting us takes place according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent. The personal data collected by us when submitting the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of your request.
